WWI US Army Private Memorial Service Certificate signed General John Pershing
This is for Tony Albine, Company “D” 7
TH
Infantry Division. He was killed in action on July 15
th
1918.
The certificate of service or war memorial document is signed in fountain pen by Commander-in-chief John J. Pershing
on the bottom right corner.
Measures roughly 13” x 10”. Due to the age it does show some condition issues. As seen in photos, it does preset well. Was in an album at some point and has a partial black sheet lining the back. Surface wear from being rolled. Edge wear on all sides. Printing is sharp with no smudges or damage. Signature is crisp and clear.
Insured shipping is .99 through USPS Priority. We do try to upgrade to faster mail service if it is available at similar cost, but cannot make any guarantees. All items shipped in two business days and shipped with a tracking number, unless noted in the listing. Of course, we will combine shipping on multiple lots purchased within the same week.
