WWI US Army Pershing Death Certificate Battalion Sgt Major 14th Railway Engineer

WWI US Army Pershing Death Certificate for Battalion Sgt Major of the 14th Railway Engineers.  Arthur M. Fletcher was from Winthrop Mass.  He died in an accident the day after the war ended.  He is listed on the Winthrop town memorial and his photo can be found in the unit history of the 14th Railway Engineers.
Certificate is in the original frame which looks good but does have some scuffs, scratches, wear.  The document should be taken out of the frame and the glass cleaned and rebacked with an archival board.
