appointing the title of  Captain of the Medical Corps to Alex M.C. Jobson.  Signed by F.P. Jacobs Adjutant General and Benedict Crowell the Assistant Secretary of War. Alex Jobson was Captain, 323 Infantry, in World War One.  Born 1890 death 1964. Approximate measurements 15" x 12"
