WW2 WWII or Later British Royal Navy Medic Navy Blue Zip Up Jumper.  Tagged in collar area by C.H. Bernard & Sons.  No date or name.  Construction looks WW2 era, but may be later.  Jacket measures 25.5" from collar to tail, 18.5" from armpit to armpit, and 22" from shoulder seam to cuff. See photos.
