    Description

    Wooden Indian, Hand-Carved 1896 from a cedar tree.  Purchased in 1993 from an antique store near Chicago. Purchased by store owner from an estate sale in Pennsylvania.  Believed to be the work of Charles Dunn, a professor of wood carving and wood working in the early 1900's at the Pennsylvania Museum and School of Industrial Art.  75 inches tall and 18 inches wide and around 100 lbs.
