Vintage Duran Duran Rio button

This auction is for a Duran Duran Rio button.  This button is in decent shape.  The front is visible and the back has wear, see picture.  I can’t find this pin in particular, so I don’t know much about it.  Any further questions or pictures please feel free to ask.
