Seal Figurine 2 Inches Tall Cute with Tail Up

This is a little figurine of a seal  He is posed with his tail up and he is about 2 inches tall.  I am not sure what he is made of.  He looks like some type of clay.  The bottom of him looks like terra cotta.  He is in very good condition with no chips or cracks  US buyer to pay 6.00 s/h.   I am happy to combine s/h whenever possible, just contact me.
