Timing Function - In the power-on state, the timing button can set the fixed working time of the LED light, and the timing time can be set to 5/10/15/20/25/30 minutes in turn. How to use

Place on the body and secure straps.

Plug into the electrical outlet or use a power bank.
3.
Press the on/off switch to activate the device. You can only see the red LEDs; the others are in the invisible light spectrum and can’t be seen with our eyes. You can set the auto-off time and can be used multiple times per day.
Note
1.
Less than 3 broken lights will not influence the effect light of this light therapy. It still works well when there are three or fewer lights off.
2.
Please make sure your skin is cool and dry when using the light wrap.
3.
Do not strike or step on the lights system for it may damage the lights.
4.
Not intended use on face therapy.
5.
Use it 2-3 times a day, each time 15-30 minutes.
6.
Please be patient as it may take several weeks or longer to experience optimal relief. Effect may be different to different people as their conditions can be varied and complex.
