The word jam is a little
misleading.
This jam is more like a relish with chunks of bacon, chopped apples,Habanero Peppers, and onions coated in a sweet and salty syrupy glaze. This jam is fantastic on biscuits, or on scrambled eggs in the morning for a hearty breakfast. this smoky, tangy bacon jam/relish adds a special flavor to meatloaf, burgers, hot dogs, or just mix with a can of beans and turn them into a gourmet baked bean dish. Add it to cream cheese for a dip. For a quick meal just nuke a potato and top it with Grouchys Spicy Bacon Jam. I would suggest a Spicy Bacon Jam omelet. The possibilities are endless.
