This
great postcard features an adorable little Apache girl. It measures 4.25" wide X 6" tall. The back reads:
A Child Of The Desert - Although this child appears sad, Apache children were typically happy and quite playful. They grew up in a permissive and fairly unstructured environment. Parental guidance primarily focused on living skills and moral teaching. A great emphasis was placed on cultural ethics in the Apache home. Photographed in 1904 by Edward S. Curtis.
It is in
Excellent
unused condition from the estate of a collector. It has slight edges wear. The back of the card in clean and unused, but does have a bit of tanning / yellowing of age.
