DIST-O-MAP Mileage Wheel, Northeast US Centered on NYC, vintage 1964, free ship

Description

This is a vintage, 1964 DIST-O-MAP mileage wheel.  The wheel is 7.5 inches in diameter and covers the northeast US from Montreal, Canada to central North Carolina.  It's one of the few wheels I've seen on ebay that covers this part of the US. The  wheel gives the distances from a city selected by turning the wheel so the city appears at the very top of the wheel, then reading the mileage next to any city on the wheel itself.  The wheel is in good but used condition with some creases.  Back has a large stain from  tape that was removed years ago (not sticky).  See photos.  A great vintage travel planner guide.  Tell your kids/grandkids this was the first GPS (right after you tell them what a slide rule is, lol).  Free shipping!  Thanks for looking and stay safe!
