Shipping is Priority Mail with tracking. We only combine shipping for Priority mail limited to what will fit in the flat rate large envelope.
Although we do have expertise in certain areas of Scouting memorabilia, our museum is more focused on our local council and we are not nearly as skilled in many other areas. We have done the best we can in providing details in the item description but it is the Buyer's responsibility to look at all the pictures and make decisions on their own as to what actual issue or variation is being sold. Some items are clearly used and others clearly mint and if known, will be identified as such. If no identification, please ask for more pictures. This overrides any eBay default fields that may have been recycled from other listings that may say an item is new.  Some patches come with a sound chip with a battery hardwired to the chip. These batteries have been expired for some time and are specifically disclosed as being "dead" but not corroded.

We run a Boy Scout Museum and exhibit items at local events. Proceeds from these sales fund new exhibits and acquisitions. We also accept donations or trades.  We never sell or trade any items given to us specifically to exhibit.
